Business Analysis

Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. The set of tasks and techniques that we use to perform business analysis are defined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®Guide).

We analyze an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and document its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology.  As business analyst consultants we employ a research discipline that is used to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. Investigating business situations, identifying and evaluating options for improving business systems, defining requirements and ensuring the effective use of information systems in meeting the needs of the business. Software-systems development, process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development.
